GOP Activist Who Compared Mask Mandates to the Holocaust Says She Has COVID

Lauren Witzke, the failed Senate candidate from Delaware who now promotes right-wing conspiracy theories, says she has COVID.

It’s not exactly shocking news given that Witzke has previously blamed a COVID outbreak on Satan, compared mask mandates to the Holocaust, and called vaccines a “mass death scale injection.”

She explained her condition on the right-wing social network Gab:

I am currently recovering from this insane bio-weapon called Covid. I didn’t tell anyone I was sick because the shitlibs in the media would start calling for my death and I didn’t want their curses on me. Jesus is faithful and our healer, and I am healing!

I caught Covid from a recently vaccinated family member, not a sick person. The doctors refused to prescribe any of the medication I needed, but thankfully my boss Stew Peters connected me to a doctor who called me in a prescription of Ivermectin and HCQ- and I am drastically improving after taking them.

This bio-weapon is demonic, I’ve lost all of my senses and struggle with constant indifference, brain fog, and I’ve lost my joy. I couldn’t imagine how the vaccinated feel, having this feeling permanently. Please pray for me, this illness is evil and A product of the Beast System. I hate the anti-Christ.

Here’s the difference between Witzke and me: I’m not celebrating this news. Had she gotten vaccinated, worn masks, or taken any basic health precautions, she likely wouldn’t be in this mess, and that’s what we want for her. Her side, on the other hand, wants people to needlessly suffer.

I hope she recovers, and I hope this experience teaches her a lesson in empathy, but if she’s resorting to unproven MAGA-promoted “remedies” instead of anything credible doctors are actually suggesting, it sounds like she’s just looking for a reason to continue spreading misinformation if and when she gets better.
