Driven purely by its success in the market, we are now in the process of assisting with their engineering expansion to support the growth rate and plans to expand overseas.

The software engineering team are focussed on developing a scalable based architecture for the new server platform.

Development on the iOS application is primarily in Swift, although some minor modifications are made in objective C.

The iOS Developers will work closely with the Lead Developer and the Android developers to ensure common software architecture.

The focus is quality clean code.

Passionate about software, clean code and Unit Testing is key! To ensure quality, the team have adopted a sprint based, agile development approach.

User Stories are defined by the product management team and used to drive the development of the product.

Sprints are used to timebox development and ensure regular delivery to the business.

Daily stand-ups are used to track progress and ensure blockers are handled rapidly.

My client's HQ is central London however, the engineering team is distributed.

With a completely flexible approach, engineers work from their UK home full-time with approximately one visit to the office every 3 weeks.
