A brief teaser trailer this week for Destiny 2's Beyond Light expansion hinted at secrets and new Exotic weapons lurking beneath the ice of Europa. Developer Bungie has expanded on that sneak peek with a full trailer detailing the upcoming expansion's arsenal of weapons and armor.

Some of the revealed Exotic weapons and gear come equipped with perks that favor the new Stasis subclass that players will be able to access when they start the Beyond Light campaign. Weapons like Salvation's Grip create additional Stasis crystals that can freeze enemies and the new version of No Time to Explain can refill its ammo reserves if Stasis-effected enemies are attacked with it, leading to stacks that then summon a portal that fires bullets from another timeline.

However, it's important to note that No Time to Explain isn't freely available to everyone--it's included as a bonus when you buy access to the season pass or Beyond Light's Digital Deluxe or Collector's editions. If you don't play the game through any of those routes, all Beyond Light players can acquire it sometime after Season 12 ends.

Bungie provided a deeper explanation of the Exotic gear as well, which you can read below:

If you're looking to tie up any loose ends and earn the Forerunner title, you only have a few weeks left in the Season of Arrivals to do so. The current evacuation storyline is drawing to a close, and the October 6 weekly reset has added the annual Festival of the Lost event to Destiny 2's sandbox.

When the spooky celebration wraps up, it'll be only a few days until the Beyond Light expansion is added to Destiny 2 ahead of a dramatic reduction size that will require players to redownload it.

Xbox One players will get Beyond Light with their Xbox Game Pass subscription, and they can currently access to the previous expansions, Forsaken and Shadowkeep.
