Here's When The Umbrella Academy Season 2 Trailer Is Released
The first trailer for the new season of the acclaimed Netflix show is on the way.
The highly acclaimed comic book adaptation Umbrella Academy returns to Netflix at the end of July, and fans will finally get a look some footage this week. The streaming giant has confirmed that the first trailer arrives tomorrow, July 8.
The news was announced via a teaser that Netflix tweeted. It shows the character of Klaus (Robert Sheehan), sitting cross-legged, with "trailer tomorrow" written on his hands. Check it out below:

Umbrella Academy is adapted from Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá's cult comic book, and Season 2 hits Netflix on July 31. The show focuses on a dysfunctional superhero family, and also stars Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, David Castañeda, Robert Sheehan, Aiden Gallagher, and Justin H. Min.
Last month, the first images from the show were released. They reveal that the new season will start in the 1960s, with the Hargreeves siblings having been sent back in time at the end of Season 1.
Umbrella Academy Season 1 hit Netflix in February 2019. In her review of Season 1 for GameSpot, Meg Downey said "Umbrella Academy stumbles a few times in the pacing department," but although it "throws a lot at the wall, most everything sticks."
