FDA finally admits chicken meat contains cancer-causing arsenic

Learn more: www.naturalnews.com...

(NaturalNews) After years of sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping no one would notice, the FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that's fatal in high doses. But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It's added to the chicken feed on purpose!

This article is disturbing. I find it alarming since many eat chicken for the lower fat of the meat and an easier to digest source of protein than mammal meat. I think I will be looking into arsenic chelation therapy today. Yuck!

Now that just sucks... No way am I going vegetarian and I can't afford or have the space to farm chickens. Chicken is pretty much the only meat I can eat that doesn't upset my stomach. WTF?!

All meat contains bad things.. at the very least anti-biotics and steroids/growth hormones. And mercury is in your fish.. Even without this arsenic you have a chance of getting cancer from meat.

Not surprised at all!

Everything causes cancer these days. We have so many chemicals in our food chain I am surprised we don't find radioactivity in there somewhere.

Maybe that's coming next.......

Amen MamaBeth, I don't know what I'm supposed to eat.
I guess we'll live off fluoride water and dry crackers.
Capital N-O-T-H-I-N-G. It's like that song, I have nothing, nothing. Nothing, if. I don't have you.
There is nothing to eat whatsoever.

Time to either go vegetarian and deal with e coli- or grow your own chickens

How is it that I have always known this? Probably Mother Earth News from 20 years back!

I raise my own chicken! Bawk!

Did anyone even read the full article, not only are the chickens full or arsenic, but the chicken poop that the FDA claimed to be what removes the arsenic from the chicken, is fed to cows, so its in all the beef you eat as well.

I have been suspicious of what is being feed to our animal food supply for a while now....even the so-called organic free range kind. I am going to go to the library and study on how to become a vegan and do it in a healthy way. I know it won't be easy....because I was raised on all sorts of meats, poultry and fish....but I am going to try.

I am glad we have found out more of what is really going on.....maybe this is why so many people are ill...will becoming a vegan be the new wave of the future?

Also it is very disturbing that the manufacturer responsible for the chicken feed with the arsenic in it (Pfizer) also is the same company that manufactures vaccines that are injected into children......

Just saying " Everything causes cancer now days " is turning a blind eye.

That means you just give up, and resign to the fact that you will die of cancer.

Instead we should be fighting for our rite to live and eat food that is not being infused with things that kill us!

If someone told you your water had mercury in it, and you would be sick tomorrow you would not drink it, but cancer takes a wile to develop, and just sit back and say owell. We need to be long sited, not short sited.
We need to stop being apathetic to our own health.

is every chicken that is raised and grown throughout the world for human consumption? or is this just a certain brand?

Can you guys honestly say that you're surprised?
This is likely some sort of 'population reduction' tactic. By the time we actually realize that we've got cancer, it's impossible to trace it to the source.
Considering we don't even know what causes cancer in most cases.
I hate the answer as much as you guys do, but you can't deny it. The world is over populated, and the population NEEDS to go down.

I don't mean any offense by this, but hopefully it's just in the USA. The FDA is US based, so I don't know why they'd be regulating chicken feed outside of the USA.

Im sure the whole population of chickens don't get raised in the same way. But besides the point, arsenic is actually beneficial in small amounts. It is said our brains require a tiny amount of arsenic in order to function properly. That being said, if you are aware that the chicken you eat may or may not have this chemical in it, eat less chicken. Its simple common sense.

Taken from the above linked article:

The FDA has also gone after dozens of other companies for selling natural herbal products or nutritional products that enhance and support health. Plus, it's waging a war on raw milk which it says is dangerous. So now in America, we have a food and drug regulatory agency that says it's okay to eat arsenic, but dangerous to drink elderberry juice or raw milk

Eat more poison, in other words, but don't consume any healing foods. That's the FDA, killing off Americans one meal at a time while protecting the profits of the very companies that are poisoning us with their deadly ingredients.

This paints an extremely disturbing picture. Add all this into the flouride scam...what the hell is going on?

I am hoping that my locally grown (called organic) chicken is safe....I very rarely buy ANY kind of fast food meat. I get the impression that the largest at-risk group are those mass chicken farms (horrid conditions) that primarily sell to the fast-food market.

I think we can still eat the protien-filled meats....we just need to be very careful about where it comes from and how it is prepared.
