This Lamborghini Diablo got away, but there are more like it here.

This 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 is a Canadian-market example that spent time in Ontario prior to being imported into the United States in December 2002. It has 25k miles, and it is finished in Giallo Orion over yellow and black leather. Power is supplied by a 6.0-liter V12 linked to a five-speed manual transmission and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system with front and rear limited-slip differentials. Features include an aftermarket exhaust system, an adjustable suspension, anti-lock brakes, 18โ€ณ Speedline alloy wheels, fixed headlights, scissor doors, fixed-back bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and a CD changer. This Diablo VT 6.0 is now offered in New Jersey on dealer consignment with a clean Carfax report and a clean Oregon title.

The Diablo was initially designed by Marcello Gandini and was restyled for the VT model with enlarged intakes at the front and rear of the car. For the 2000 and 2001 model years, the 6.0 was further refined with larger air intakes in the front fascia, smoothed body lines, and a reworked rear wing. This example is finished in Giallo Orion, and additional features include scissor doors and fog lights as well as fixed composite headlights sourced from the contemporary Z32 Nissan 300ZX. The windshield is tinted.

The 18โ€ณ Speedline alloy wheels were refinished in preparation for the sale and are mounted with Pirelli tires. The car was optioned with an adjustable suspension, and stopping power is provided by an anti-lock system with multi-piston Brembo calipers over cross-drilled rotors. The steering rack was rebuilt and the brake and power steering fluids were changed in March 2025. The selling dealer states that the tie rod end links were also replaced in preparation for the sale.

The 6.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 543 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, front and rear limited-slip differentials, and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system. An aftermarket exhaust system has been added. Work in March 2025 included a valve adjustment and fluids exchanges in addition to replacing the timing cover gasket, valve cover gaskets, air filters, fuel filters, and spark plugs.
