The Raiders' staff and front office continues to fill out. The latest is a familiar face for both Pete Carroll and the Raiders as Carroll has lured Matt Capurro from the Seahawks, who had worked with Carroll dating back to his USC days.
This is also a return to the Silver & Black for Capurro who worked with the Raiders under Al Davis from 2004-08,
Cappuro's job in Seattle was to work directly with the head coach and is responsible for coordinating the team's day-to-day operations, including overseeing player and staff communications and managing the year-round football schedule, which includes the offseason program, OTA days, mini-camps and training camp.
