Child Care Leave – relaxation of conditions • As per rule 43C of CCS Leave rules 1972, vide amendment dated 11.12.2018, with effect from 14.12.2018, CCL shall not be granted in more than three spells ( six spells in case single female parent) in a calendar year and for a period less than5 days at a time. • Further relaxation is considered and discussed with JCM Staff side. • Now the leave sanctioning authority are bestowed with the power to relax to a maximum of three spells beyond the existing of three spells in a year. • CCL can be granted up to six spells by relaxing the conditions to female Govt employees and single male servant in case if their child is admitted as inpatient in a hospital. • This is given effect from 29.7.2024 (DOPT OM No. A-24011/5/2024-Estt-Leave dated 29.7.2024) ------------------------------------- Visit https://yourskayveeyes.blogspot.com/ for latest Government Orders. #Kayveeyes #Yours_Kayveeyes #K_V_Sridharan #NFPE #P3 #Postal Child care leave Leave rules Relaxation of condition for CCL ...more
