-Merger of PA SBCO with PA PO – Permanent option to switch over to PA PO • It is forced to accept the merger of PA SBCO with PA (PO) due to compulsions and more than 75% have already opted out from SBCO cadre. • The SBCO was the part of P&T Audit till 1972 and the staff were on LD UD pattern. • It was brought to HO with the five days week and complete control by AO ICO and not by the divisional head. • At the time of implementation of TBOP, & BCR, the officials switched off to TBOP and BCR with the nomenclature of PA SBCO. • The recruitment rules are different and the nature of work is different. The opted SBCO PA will be placed below all the officials who are holding the PA (PO) post on the date of issue of the orders.
