We have an exciting opportunity for an Active Travel Programme Manager to join our Transport Directorate.  This is a new programme management role focused on Active Travel and requires the successful management and delivery of a number of both capital and revenue projects including major schemes in a high-profile programme. The role will be responsible for both the development and delivery of the programme including preparing funding bids to further the reach of the programme.
 
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, have demonstrable experience of programme and project management, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation.  We also require you to have demonstrable experience of leading on Transport business case development.
