-Inter circle transfer of IP/ASP • As per the cadre management of IP/ASP issued vide letter dated 15.2.2023 & 3.7.2023, allotment of IP/ASP is now centralised at Directorate level. • After allotment, postings and transfer will be made at Circle level. • As per the Inter circle transfer after allotment instructions were issued vide letter dated 3.7.2023 in which there is a eligibility condition of one year service in the circle. • This has been reviewed and decided to remove the one year condition. Hereafter IP/ASP less than one year service in the respective cadre can apply for Inter circle transfer through Rule 38 on line portal wef 1.6.2024 • Transfer request received after 1.6.2024 shall be added below the requests received till 31.5.2024. • Even though they are applying transfer in Rule 38 portal it will not be construed as Rule 38 transfer since the seniority in IP/ASP is on All India basis and it is only transfer at request.
