A candid video of a long-haired man sitting at a candle-lit table opposite his wife has racked up more than 13 million of views on TikTok.
The text layered over the video shared by wife Elise (@eliserooneyyy) explains that she wanted to add a bit of romance to their dinner at home. But the long candle sticks changed the vibe and it made Roony feel like she was "at the last supper with Jesus."
In less than one week (June 28), the video amassed 3.4 million likes. The clip, captioned "Tell me your husband looks like Jesus without telling me your husband looks like Jesus," received over 12,000 comments.
To understand them, it's helpful to know about the Last Supper, Jesus Christ's final meal with his apostles before his crucifixion. This event, crucial in Christianity, established the Holy Communion, symbolizing Jesus' sacrifice with bread and wine, and included predictions of his betrayal and Peter's denial, along with the washing of his disciples' feet, as explained by the Encyclopedia Britannica.
One comment with 117,200 likes said: "It's giving 'one of you will betray me' vibes."
"The dinner was bread and wine?" asked another user.
"Talk about being favored by the Lord," said a third commenter.
A fourth user said: "I'm crying, this is incredible."

Date nights are essential for maintaining and nurturing relationships. They offer couples the opportunity to reconnect, communicate, and strengthen their bond away from daily stress and routine.
Research has revealed that married couples who engage in frequent date nights were more likely to report being "very happy" in their marriages compared to those who enjoyed rare date nights.
The study conducted by YouGov of 2,000 adults found that two out of three spouses who went on frequent dates were much-more satisfied with their sex lives than those who did not. The results also found that three out of four reported being highly committed to their relationship and the prospect of divorce was said to be "not at all likely".
A date night doesn't always have to involve going out. Instead, it could be something like cooking a three-course meal at home. It could also be a unique experience or even a trip down memory lane by recreating your first date. Or it may involve wearing your most expensive outfit or cooking something that isn't usually in your shopping cart.
