By: Caribbean Journal Staff - May 25, 2024

One of Grenada’s top luxury resorts is planning an expansion, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The lovely Calabash Hotel is adding four new suites, an expansion that will raise its total room stock to 34.

The new suites are expected to be completed by late 2025-early 2026, a spokesperson for the property told Caribbean Journal.

The 1,500-square-foot suites will have wet bars and Nespresso machines, among other details.

So what will the new rooms be like?

Bright, sleek and airy rooms.

You’ll get a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, a “light-soaked” bathroom with double sink, double walk-in shower and free-standing tub, a wet bar and a Nespresso machine, among other touches.

In all, the suite will have 1,500 square feet of space. If you want to make it a two bedroom, each suite will have the option to interconnect to an adjoining suite.
