DIRGHAYU Mobile Application for Pensioners • The Govt (CPAO) developed an in house mobile application DIRGHAYU for Central Govt Pensioners/ Family Pensioners. It is having the following features; • On line registration on the basis of PPO, DOB & Date of retirement. • It gives personal and retirement benefit details mentioned in the PPO. • Facility to download SSAs along with revised pension authorities. • Can register and track the status of grievances registered in CPAO website. This is another tool of grievance resolution. • It shows the last 24 transactions related to pension and monthly bank accounts statements also. • A security feature is available at the time of registration (One time password) • This has give effect from 15.12.2023. • The App is available at Google Play store.
