How many rakats are there in Juma?

The Fardh - obligatory rakats of Juma is 2 and a total of 14 rakats: First four rakat Sunnat-e-Muakkadah, and two rakat Fard followed by 4 Sunnah muakkadah, 2 Sunnah muakkadah, and then 2 nafl.

The Juma prayer is friday prayer during the time of Dhuhr and to be performed with the Imaam. The four rakat Sunnat Muakkadah followed by and two rakat Fard. There are a few optional prayers.

Fardh - obligatory someone who ignores Fardh intentionally, knowing that it is an obligation, becomes a kaafir (disbeliever) (that is the opinion of most scholars)

Sunnat muakkadah - those actions of Hazrat Muhammad (ﺻﻠﯽ الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺍٓﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ) (peace be upon him) that were done regularly. someone who leaves it out due to a valid reason will not be sinning but who doesn t have a valid reason will be sinning.

Hadith regarding Juma Prayer

Abu-Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who took a bath and then came for Jumua prayer and then prayed what was fixed for him, then kept silence till the Imam finished the sermon, and then prayed along with him, his sins between that time and the next Friday would be forgiven, and even of three days wore.”

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:“ He who performed ablution well, then came to Friday prayer, listened (to the sermon), kept silence all (his sins) between that time and the next Friday would be forgiven with three days extra, and he who touched pebbles caused an interruption.”

Time: The time for Juma is on the time of Dhuhr on friday .
