Report of a single-vehicle crash with a vehicle fire near the right shoulder near MM68. A male crash victim, possibly intoxicated, wearing a white sweatshirt and black pants, bleeding from the head. Report that the man was trying to run across traffic and jump on the other side of the interstate. Good Samaritans trying to hold him down for his safety.
