DLF Building and Services Private Ltd has purchased 31,254 square feet of office space in Gurugram for Rs 81.04 crore, according to the documents accessed by FloortTap.com.
The seller is said to be a non-resident Indian (NRI), sources said. The office space is located at Two Horizon Center in sector 43 in Gurugram. The deal was registered on August 17, 2023, according to the documents.
The office building is said to be one of the costliest office parks in Gurugram.

The buyer DLF has paid a stamp duty of Rs 5.67 crore for the deal.
According to the documents, the seller had purchased the same property from DLF in July 2018, and thereafter had leased the space to WeWork India Management Private Ltd in September 2018.
A query has been sent to DLF on the transaction.
Meanwhile, in one of the largest office space deals reported earlier this month, Kinnteisto LLP, a firm run by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, has purchased over 1.94 lakh sq ft of commercial office spaces in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), India's costliest commercial district, and Chandivali area of Mumbai, for around Rs 740 crore.

This is one of the largest commercial deals reported in India in the recent past. The seller in the case of Chandivali is Kanakia Spaces Realty Pvt Ltd, which has sold 68,195 sq ft carpet area for Rs 137.99 crore. The deal is inclusive of 110 car parking slots in the commercial office Boomerang building, according to the documents.
