Warm spices and a touch of honey…this tasty tea is soothing, cozy and TEArrific!
Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 2 cloves
• 5 black peppercorns, slightly crushed
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 2 cups water
• 1 TB honey or to taste
• Milk of choice, optional
Instructions:
• Add spices, coconut oil and water to small pot and heat just to a boil
• Remove from heat and let steep 10 min
• Add honey, to taste
• Strain and serve with a splash of milk, if desired
• Enjoy!
