OffSec partners now have access to the company’s expanded global partner program. OffSec provides continuous cybersecurity workforce development and education.

The program now includes more partner types, a tiered rewards program, a marketing suite, market development funds, and a larger team to support broader geographical reach.

OffSec first launched the program in April 2022. It has since expanded to include distributors and MSSPs.

Sean Donnelly, OffSec‘s head of channel and partnerships, said OffSec leveraged the first anniversary of the initial release of its partner program to announce enhancements and expand its partner types to include government resellers, global alliance partners and strategic accounts.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

“We uplifted our partner-facing systems and tools to have a new partner portal with a marketing center, partner locator and new partner relationship management (PRM) tools,” he said. “Additionally, the enhanced partner program includes more ways for partners to receive rewards and benefits through our new tiered rewards program. The decision to specifically add three new partner types to the program … was made to address the untapped opportunities provided by those routes to market. We also determined that additional investment in the program and in our partners was required on our part, which is also what we’ve done.”

OffSec Partners Now Supported by Larger Team

A larger team dedicated to supporting partner organizations now backs the OffSec partner program. The expanded team will provide personalized assistance, guidance and technical support to OffSec partners, ensuring collaboration and broader geographical coverage.

“We have been gathering feedback from partners over the past year,” Donnelly said. “We have added more benefits to the programs that were working well, and we have modified programs that did not yield the expected results. One example is that partners have asked for more visibility from OffSec on live instructor-led training conducted by our learning partners. With our new partner locator, we can identify our learning partners, promote their boot camps and link to partner social pages.”

Through the new tiered rewards program, partner organizations can access additional benefits for driving revenue, or completing key sales enablement and marketing activities in the partner portal.

A key advantage for OffSec is the demand for its cybersecurity courses and content, Donnelly said.

“The competitive advantage for OffSec and its partners is the ability to leverage multiple routes to market within OffSec’s partner ecosystem to reach the desired learners based on how they like to buy, from whom they like to buy, and where they like to procure through local partners,” he said. “We have now provided the tools to make it easier to do business with OffSec and empowered our partners with the competitive advantage to deliver a seamless experience to our mutual customers.”
