Tristan Thompson lives just two doors down from baby momma Khloe Kardashian.

The NBA star's massive bachelor pad is two miles away from Khloe's compound in the Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The $12.5 million home was purchased by a trust connected to Tristan, 32, The Sun reported in January. 

Although the deed is said to have been signed December 16, months after Tristan offloaded his $7.8 million Encino pad, it is unknown if he has moved in yet. 

The home reportedly is 10,584 square feet, with six bedrooms, a wine cellar, a home cinema and a five-car garage.

Khloe, 38, lives next door to mom Kris Jenner.

Her home and her mom's, which costs $20 million, for a combined total of $37 million, sits on land that used to have one single family home that Britney Spears once rented in 2011 and 2012 for $25,000 a month per Page Six. 

It was revealed in late April 2021 that the Good American founder and the 65-year-old momager had purchased side-by-side mega mansions in Hidden Hills. 

They purchased the neighboring lots on the same day from Metro Development Homes just before Christmas to build their custom home of their dreams. 

Khloe and Tristan share two children - their daughter True, four, and a son born last July - but have had an on-off romance due to his cheating ways. 

Just hours after Andrea's death, Tristan and Khloe were spotted together boarding a private jet to head up to Canada.

Earlier this month, Khloe posted a birthday tribute to Tristan in honor of his 32nd birthday.

The heart-warming post also appeared to allude to Tristan's various infidelities, as Khloe described hopes he would continue to 'crave change, healing and transformation' in the future.

She also referenced his mother Andrea, writing: 'Continue to Make your soul and your mommy proud.'

Khloe posted him doting on their daughter True and his son with ex Jordan Craig, Prince.

Tristan and Khloe's son, whose name has not yet been released, was also pictured; the images displayed their newborn son's face for the first time. 

Tristan and Khloe's five-year on-off relationship ended for the latest time in 2021 , and that December DailyMail.com exclusively revealed the NBA star had fathered a child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols while he was still involved with Khloe.

Khloe and Tristan conceived their newest addition via a surrogate, but they broke up before he was born after it was revealed Tristan had fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols.

Unbeknownst to Khloe, Tristan had impregnated Maralee in March 2021 and he was informed of her pregnancy as early as July 2021. 

Despite knowing he had a baby on the way with another woman, Tristan kept the news from Khloe and encouraged her to continue on with their surrogacy journey. 

An embryo transfer was successfully completed in November 2021, just one week before DailyMail.com would exclusively reveal that Tristan was expecting a child with Maralee. 

Maralee gave birth on December 1, 2021 and released a statement a couple of weeks later along with the first public pictures of her son.

In January 2022, Tristan confirmed he was the father of Maralee's baby, having established the fact via a paternity test.

Tristan issued an apology to Khloe, whom he has cheated on numerous times in the past including while she was pregnant with their daughter True in 2018. 

Khloe unleashed a furious tirade against her ex in the season one finale of The Kardashians, which aired last June, after learning about Tristan and Maralee's baby.

She made the shock discovery about Tristan when her sister Kim Kardashian, 41, read a story on DailyMail.com, which exclusively revealed the news that the former NBA player had admitted to fathering a child in court papers.

An emotional Khloe was seen breaking down in tears as she slammed Tristan for 'humiliating' her with another public scandal.

'I called him and was just like, what have you got to say? It was more yelling on my end, but him talking, trying to plead his case. There's not much to talk about in my opinion,' Khloe said later in the episode.

'It's a joke, it's gross, it's a joke, it's embarrassing, it's disgusting, we're all over it. I'm like, I didn't buy tickets to this f***ing circus but somehow I'm watching all these clowns act out in front of me,' she added.

Khloe first became involved with Tristan when his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig was still pregnant with his eldest son Prince, six.

Although Jordan claimed she was still with Tristan when he took up with Khloe, the reality star has insisted she thought he was single at the time.
