A video went viral of an intelligent Labrador Retriever who has a set of buttons with words that she uses to communicate with her humans.

The TikTok, posted by @TheChattyLab shows Copper looking sad and standing by her communication buttons. Copper clicks a button that says ‘sad’. Her human asks the pup why she is sad and Copper just stares into the distance for a minute before clicking ‘upstairs’ and ‘pool’ meaning that Copper really wanted to take a bath.
Copper stands there still looking incredibly sad and giving the most adorable puppy dog eyes she could at her human. Her human told Copper that they could take a bath tomorrow and though not happy, Copper seems to understand.
“She would have me so easily manipulated by the sad button. 😂,” one user commented.
“THE LIL TIPPY TAPS ON THE SAD BUTTON WRECKED ME,” another added.
Many people have now trained their dogs to pick up this language with buttons to help them communicate with each other. Another TikTok dog that is famous for this is @whataboutbunny who has over 8.3 million followers.
