“The IT industry and MSP space in particular is evolving fast and that drives the evolution of demand from the MSP and VAR community to vendors like Acronis,” he said. “There is a demand for better integration, faster scaling, ease of management, higher automation and operational efficiency. We respond to that demand with evolution of our partner program and our Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform by simplifying management, integrating more services and enabling faster partner onboarding.”

Updated Acronis Partner Program Details

Among the partner program updates, Acronis has launched its Advanced Packs promotion: It allows service providers to pilot a wide range of services such as advanced security, management, email security, disaster recovery and data loss prevention, and reimburse the costs for the initial six months of offering.

Acronis also has introduced the Competitive Displacement Program. It helps MSPs to migrate their clients to Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud with a 100% rebate on Acronis usage until the end of the remaining contract with their current vendor.

In addition, it has launched a Sales Development Funds (SDF) Program. It supports MSPs to achieve their growth goals and objectives. The program offers joint marketing investment from Acronis in conjunction with the partner’s commitment to faster growth.

“This is a part of a continuous improvement philosophy that we practice at Acronis,” Ruslyakov said. “We interview partners on a regular basis, collect feedback on what works and what does not. We aim to be a top vendor in every partner’s portfolio, hence the need to constantly adjust to the everchanging environment and address challenges from competition.”

New Benefits for Acronis Partners

Acronis has simplified its certification requirements, giving partners a choice of particular topics/services they want to certify/focus on. It has also extended access to marketing automation tools to a wider range of partners.

In addition, it has extended numerous partner program benefits to its zero-commit PayGo partners base. And it has adjusted its TeamUp program to enable more partners to engage with their favorite sports teams and get the opportunity to become their partners.

“We constantly monitor partner program offerings of our competitors,” Ruslyakov said. “And we aim to make our partner program very simple, straightforward and open to all types of partners. And at the same time, we want to ensure that the set of benefits and rewards we offer is comprehensive and unique. We’re different. We’re unique in what we offer. And we always strive to elevate our relationship with partners far beyond simple support. Our goal is to be an extended business development unit for our partners and proactively help them with demand generation and increase the of footprint into their client base.”
