Proposed cadre management for MTS in administrative offices • Total strength of CO & RO in MTS cadre will be added to overall strength of postal division located at RO/CO headquarters. • Reservation will be maintained in the combined strength at division. • If more than one division is located at RO/CO, decision will be taken by the CPMG/PMG. • The incumbent in CO/RO shall be interspaced in the divisional MTS Gradational list and seniority is fixed. • Concerned division is responsible for making recruitment for the posts of CO/RO. • MTS working in RO/CO is not subjected for rotational transfer till their retirement/ promotion. • Posting of MTS shall be made with consultation with DPS concerned. • Officials once posted in RO/CO shall not be transferred except his own request.
