Every Sunday, we update the Wallpapers of the Week gallery with brand new, crispy images for your favorite Apple devices. In December, I put out a call on Twitter to send me the favorite wallpapers from your personal collections. It was fun to see all of the submissions. Check out these wallpapers that were shared.
Favorite iPhone wallpapers of 2022

In one last look back at 2022, I wanted to share the images from our call to action. The collection is broken down by the people that submitted the images. Again, these are your favorite wallpapers from your own collections. I did not edit them or curate them in any order.
The below order of images does not indicate I preferred one for the other. Simply, this is me just grabbing the images from your shares and popping them here for everyone else to enjoy! If you liked a particular set, then give some props to the sharer on Twitter.
Thanks to @yehudamalamud for sharing. The first wallpaper was created by @AR72014.
Admittedly, the following four images from @sarma_masna are my favorite of all the submissions. The grey and blue color scheme of all the images makes for a great background. I also really enjoy space themed images because the dark palettes work well as a Home Screen. The Monterey mod also fits the darker theme and was originally modded by @AR72014, in addition to the blue galaxy gradient.
If you love wallpapers, then you are in the right place. We update the collection on a weekly basis. The gallery is a combination of images that I find around the Internet or that are submitted to me via @jim_gresham. I curate the collection via twitter and interact with fans of the wallpaper gallery there. Follow along for midweek downloads, sneak peaks for upcoming posts, and general Apple gadget banter. Happy new year!
