Axie Infinity Passed Google Play Store Review

Axie Infinity believes it became the first Web3 game to pass the Google Play Store review.

Howdy egamers, Axie Infinity, announced today (22/12) that it has successfully passed the Google Play Store review.

This announcement marks a significant move for Web3 gaming as the company believes it is the first game to pass this particular review by Google. The P2E game had been closely working with Google for the past year.

Going forward, Axie Infinity is planning to “soft” launch Origins in the Malaysian Play Store first and then to other small countries that mirror the demographics and player archetypes of regions such as North/South America, Europe, and East Asia.

According to The Lunacian, this action will “allow us to make Origins even better by the time it starts going live in other countries for maximum effect.

It is worth saying that the first Play Store versions of Axie Infinity will have limited features; for example, the first version of Origins will not have a P2E system. But, of course, such features will come in the near future.
