After the Pittsburgh Steelers walkthrough on Saturday, the team announced Mitch Trubisky is the starting quarterback vs the Carolina Panthers this

Kenny Pickett was limited all week while in the concussion protocol. Trubisky and Mason Rudolph shared reps this week in preparation to be the starter but it sounds like Trubsiky is getting the nod and Rudolph will be active for the first time this season and the team's No. 2 quarterback.

Trubisky started the first four games of the season but was benched in favor of Pickett at halftime of that fourth game. Trubisky came in last week after Pickett suffered his second concussion of the season and threw three interceptions in the loss.
