The Las Vegas Raiders come out of the bye week with a 1-4 record, but how could the rest of the season go for the Silver and Black?

The bye week has come and gone for the Las Vegas Raiders. They currently sit at 1-4, far from what the media and fans alike predicted. To be fair, others felt that the Raiders’ initial stretch of games was going to be brutal, only to be followed by a slightly less challenging latter half of the season.

However, make no mistake, Raider Nation, these games aren’t going to be cakewalks.

At the moment, Las Vegas is in fourth place in the AFC West. Nevertheless, the Denver Broncos are in a freefall, having lost three games in a row. Before talking about a grandiose late-season run, let’s keep this at one game at a time.

Week 7: Houston Texans vs. Las Vegas Raiders

Before fans get hyped up about a playoff run, they have to see if the Raiders can take care of business coming off of the bye week. Las Vegas has been anointed as the “best 1-4 team” by the NFL. If that’s the case, handling the Texans should be a cakewalk but beware, they possess a couple of serious playmakers at wide receiver.

Considering the injuries to Nate Hobbs and Anthony Averett are only just returning, this could be a trap. However, the Raiders will pull away in this one, riding Josh Jacobs to their second victory of 2022.
