Former Jones Day partner Raymond McKeeve has been fined and ordered to pay costs of hundreds of thousands of pounds following a long-running legal battle with Ocado, but London’s High Court ruling stopped short of a custodial sentence.

McKeeve, who was at Jones Day for seven years until 2020, has been fined £25,000 and ordered to pay costs of £524,695.23 and £85,658 to Ocado, the decision stated.
