The Government today completed enforcement operations on a compulsory testing notice at Tower B of Galaxia in Diamond Hill and Hing Sing House of Sui Wo Court in Sha Tin.

The Department of Health together with Police and the Transport Department conducted the Diamond Hill enforcement action at 8am, while the Education Bureau also started the Sha Tin operation at 8am.

The Government arranged for staff to verify the testing certifications of people subject to compulsory testing at the buildings’ entrances and exits.

During the operations, the test records of 327 people in Tower B of Galaxia and 323 people in Hing Sing House of Sui Wo Court were checked.

Among them, altogether 21 people were found to have violated the compulsory testing notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order.

A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to a total of 11 of them.
