The Government today announced that 10 positive COVID-19 cases were found in the compulsory testing exercises for the restricted areas in Wong Tai Sin and Kwai Chung.

It made restriction-testing declarations yesterday to cover Toi Fung House of Fung Tak Estate in Wong Tai Sin and Kwai Yat House of Kwai Hong Court in Kwai Chung.

Nine positive and two indeterminate cases were detected at Toi Fung House where 1,853 people were tested.

At Kwai Yat House, 828 people underwent testing and one of them tested positive for the virus.

Government staff also visited 1,233 households in the two buildings and will follow up on those who did not answer the door.
