Firefighters have tackled a car on fire in Beckenham.

One fire engine attended the blaze in Wimborne Way just after 1.50pm today.

The fire was under control just after 2.10pm.

There were no injury reports.

A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a car on fire in Wimborne Way, Beckenham, at 1352.

"One fire engine attended and the fire was under control by 1411.

"There were no reports of any injuries."
