Lemon Rosemary Spritz (Mocktail) 🌿🥂
• 2oz (60ml) Green Tea, steeped, unsweetened
• 1.5oz (44ml) Grapefruit Juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2oz (14ml) Lemon Rosemary Syrup
• Top off with Tonic Water
What you need for the Lemon Rosemary Syrup:
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Water
• 4-6 Rosemary Sprigs
Making the syrup:
• In a small saucepan over high heat, combine sugar, water, and Rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove the pan from the heat. Let steep an additional 10 minutes. Strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer into an airtight container. Set aside or refrigerate if not using immediately. The syrup will keep in the fridge for up to a month. 🌿
Serve:
• Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice, pour in orange spice syrup, then top off tonic wat
