180 rental units will be coming to New Braunfels, and 155 to Leander. They are the third and fourth of 13 new Tricon communities in Texas, including five in metro Dallas-Fort Worth, three in Houston, three in San Antonio and two in Austin. Tricon will operate the properties and HHS Residential will be the developer.

The New Braunfels project is called Tricon Trail Creek in New Braunfels. The housing options include three and four-bedroom floorplans. The outdoor amenities include trails, a dog park, a pocket park with BBQs and a children’s playground. The grand opening is expected for the summer of 2023. 

The Leander development is named Tricon Bryson, near the south side of Bryson Ridge Trail off of Highway 183A. The Leander site will also include three and four-bedroom units with outdoor amenities such as a pavilion, a playground and an event lawn. It’s expected to open in early 2023.

Both developments are part of Tricon’s previously announced built-to-rent pipeline of 3,000 new rental homes across 23 communities.
