Four Law Firms Either Relocate or Expand Their Space in Ross Tower
Three law firms will be moving into almost 60,000 square feet of new office space, and one will be expanding its footprint in Dallas’s famous Ross Tower. HPI Realty secured the leases in the downtown high-rise located at 500 N. Akard St. HPI representatives who worked on behalf of the landlord are Hunter Lee, Ben Cozen and. Luke Aviles.
The three firms moving into the iconic tower are Steptoe &. Johnson, Kessler Collins and Godwin Bowman. McGinnis Lochridge is doubling its space to more than 7,000 feet. The leasing space takes up four floors.
Ross Tower offers a food hall, five-star restaurant and an on-site Starbucks. In addition, it has in-building conference facilities.
