I don't know about you, but it breaks my heart to hear this, and It is an all-too-common occurrence.
Then our members in the group like Steve write...
"I'm sure many of us have been there in the past, and I have said that I have probably received more knowledge and training for free from James than I have paid for in the past".
Yay!
