NEW DELHI: As many as 34 non-Muslims were killed in terror-related incidents in J&K over the past five years from 2017 to 2021. Also, there were four Kashmiri Pandits among 14 Hindus killed between August 5, 2019, when Article 370 was nullified, and March 24, 2022.
Sharing this information in reply to two different questions in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, junior home minister Nityanand Rai said as many as 11 people from the minority community in J&K were killed in terrorist attacks in 2021, as against three in 2020, six in 2019, three in 2018 and 11 in 2017.
