U.S. Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, if confirmed, said she will step aside from next term’s major affirmative action challenge involving Harvard College’s admissions policies.
Jackson, responding to a question from Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, who asked if she would recuse, answered, “That is my plan.”
