Ten years after purchasing his home in L.A.’s Woodland Hills, Fast and the Furious and Transformers actor and musician Tyrese Gibson has sold the space for $2.4 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The price is a significant jump from the $1.385 million he paid for the five bedroom six bathroom property in 2011. The sale reportedly included a giant replica of Bumblebee, one of the robots from Transformers, so it seems safe to assume that the buyer is a fan of Gibson’s work.

The 5,225 square foot Mediterranean-style gated property has plenty to offer beyond the unique fixture, most of which is located outside the four walls of the main house. About half of the backyard space is taken up by an additional structure that serves as an event space with a full kitchen, a conference room, a beauty salon, and a manicured rooftop that centers on a barbecue station equipped with a hibachi grill and a funky red tiled fireplace, both adjacent to a hot tub. The property is particularly ideal for movie lovers, with a home theater space both inside and outside, the former of which features rows of plush reclining chairs, while the latter has rows of couches surrounded by tall trees for an air of privacy. On the opposite side of the additional structure, and closer to the main house, are a swimming pool and a large cement seating area that surrounds a fire pit.

Nowadays Gibson is presumably living at his French Chateau–style home in Atlanta that AD toured just last year, where he also had Transformers on display.
