a two-story creative hub for versatile use + personal displays

the ground floor is intended for creation. it includes versatile areas, adaptable to different activities like painting, sculpting, photo shooting, or packing in a big open space. a smaller room complements the open ground floor plan, and is destined for stocking and cleaning.

the upper space holds the main office, a meeting room, and the kitchen/lounge. the office, essentially, comprises the central element of the first floor, visually connecting to the painting area through a huge glass wall. additionally, on the walls there, pichiavo (see more here) has reserved a space for displaying its artwork collection by vhils, shepard fairey, and robert proch, among others.

last but not least, the whole project pays special attention to natural light, isolation, and ventilation. the aim here is to create the perfect conditions for the use of color and materials, which are paramount in the work of pichiavo; formed in 2007, the artist duo is widely recognized for projects such as the houston bowery wall in new york or the municipal ‘falla’ monument created back in 2019.
