SAN DIEGO —
The San Diego-Coronado bridge was briefly closed Sunday night while law enforcement officers talked to a woman who threatened to jump, authorities said.
Officers persuaded the woman, in her 30s, to walk away from a railing and took her into custody, San Diego police said. The incident was reported about 8 p.m. and was resolved about 40 minutes later.
The bridge was reopened about 8:50 p.m. No further details were immediately available.
