Women in 3D Printing’s virtual conference set to run Jan. 18-20

The 2022 TIPE (technology, industry, people, economics) 3D Printing Conference is billed as a virtual global event focused on presenting additive manufacturing-related case studies and user applications, projections about the AM industry’s future, and interviews with people who shape the industry.

The event, scheduled for Jan. 18-20, also offers career networking opportunities, says the host organization, Women in 3D Printing (Wi3DP). The 2021 event attracted 1,600 attendees, featured 147 speakers and 20 hours of presentations, and had 50 sponsors.

Wi3DP, which was founded to “promote, support, and inspire women using additive manufacturing technologies,” seeks to foster a more diverse industry. Over the past seven years, the group has grown to more than 23,000 members and 75 chapters in 30 countries.
