The Mega Millions jackpot lottery — worth an estimated $278 million — didn’t see any winning tickets following Friday night’s drawing and now climbs to $300 million.
The winning numbers for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing were 7, 29, 43, 56, 57 and 6.
Two people won million-dollar prizes in Match 5.
A Missouri player won $1 million and a ticketholder in Maine hit the Megaplier for an estimated payout of $3 million, according to the Mega Millions website.
The next drawing will be held on Jan. 11 at 11 p.m. EST. The estimated jackpot is $300 million or a cash option of $206.7 million.
Mega Millions has yet to see a jackpot winner in 2022.
The lottery game, which saw six winning jackpot tickets sold in 2021, has not had a winner in 23 consecutive drawings.
The last winning ticket was revealed on October 22, 2021, when an Arizona family claimed the $108 million prize — $75.2 million cash option.
