Handmade gifts don’t have to be expensive or hard to make, and that’s why I love these dollar store gift basket ideas with personalized details! I think a personalized gift basket with a curated group of items is a great way to show someone that you care. I found everything in these gift baskets from either Dollar Tree or Dollarama. Then, I personalized some of the items with decals made with my Cricut. DIY Upcycled Candle with a Dollar Store Ramekin

Have an old candle you never use? You can recycle it into a beautiful DIY upcycled candle that makes a lovely home decor accent or a gift. Here’s what you need to make it:

• Old candle
• Heat resistant ramekin (a small casserole dish that’s 4-5″ in diameter – I found mine at Dollarama. Your local thrift store would be full of other possibilities too!)
• Pot
• Water
• Old heat resistant glass measuring cup
• Tweezers
• Oven mitt
• Bamboo skewer
