Josh Duggar’s estranged siblings are expected to testify at his child pornography trial, according to a report.
But it’s unclear whether brother Jedidiah and sister Jill Duggar Dillard will testify for the prosecution or the defense, The Sun reported.
Duggar, 33, is under trial in federal court in Arkansas. He has pleaded not guilty to two charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. He faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
He once starred in the Duggar family’s reality TV show “19 Kids and Counting.” But TLC dropped him following his arrest earlier this year.
His trial began Wednesday, when Judge Timothy Brooks ruled jurors could hear testimony from a woman who said Duggar admitted to her in 2003 that he had molested girls.
On Thursday, James Fottrell, a forensics expert at the US Department of Justice, testified that Duggar downloaded a horrific video showing a 3-month-old infant being sexually abused.
