Financial services group Ocorian has completed the acquisition of Trust Corporation International, the Guernsey-based fiduciary firm specialising in private client services, fund administration and corporate services.
The acquisition was first announced in August and completion was subject to regulatory approvals.
Ocorian said the acquisition enhances its ability to provide services to private clients and international corporates in Guernsey, alongside its existing fund administration offering.
Trust Corporation International will continue to be led by Michael Betley and his director-led client teams.
