Complaints email address
Does anyone know if the complaints email address, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), has changed? I used to get an acknowledgement that the email had been received. Now I am not getting any response at all.
I have been using it for years and have yet to have any acknowledgement whatsoever. Has nevertheless worked flawlessly every time.
Had the address changed then you would either get a postmaster message from their server advising that your email could not be delivered, or, your email would be silently redirected. They might also have an auto-responder saying “It’s no longer this. Please email x”.
