The Jersey Financial Services Commission is asking for feedback on proposed fee rates for general insurance mediation businesses, money service businesses, trust company business and designated non-financial businesses and professions.

The Commission is suggesting an 8.5% increase in fee rates to allow it to continue to invest in technology to enable it to work as efficiently as possible.

The deadline for feedback is 24 December. Responses can be sent to the JFSC directly or to Jersey Finance.

The final fees notice will take effect on or before 1 January. Businesses will be notified when they need to use myJFSC to collect their invoices.
