CBRE Adds Two SVPs to Tri-State Institutional Properties Group

CBRE has made two strategic hires to bolster its Tri-State Institutional Properties Group in New Jersey. Fahri Ozturk and Richard Gatto joined CBRE as SVPs and partners of a team headed by vice chairman Jeffrey Dunne. Both were previously with Marcus & Millichap.

Rich Gatto CBRE“Fahri and Rich are two stars on the rise in our industry and we are extremely pleased to have them join our team,” said Dunne. “Even during the many challenges the industry faced during the pandemic, Fahri and Rich were prolific in the type of real estate deals they were able to complete in the service of their clients.”

Ozturk brings 16 years’ experience to CBRE. Before Marcus & Millichap, Ozturk was with Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on investment sales in New Jersey’s Hudson County. A two-decade veteran, Gatto focuses on Northern New Jersey investment sales, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, development and office properties.
