A man who was beaten with his hands bound flagged down two Tijuana police officers Friday afternoon and led them to a home where police discovered human remains and arrested two people.

Tijuana municipal police said they located the home in the Sánchez Taboada II neighborhood, after a person escaped from being tied-up, beaten and held against his will there. He flagged down uniformed officers who had been patrolling the area.

The beaten man identified two suspects, who were trying to flee from the house when officers arrived, according to a spokesman for the Tijuana Police Department.
