Chief Executive Carrie Lam will visit Wuhan in Hubei Province from November 28 to December 1

Mrs Lam will lead the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government delegation and depart for Wuhan through Shenzhen on November 28 to attend the High-Level Meeting & First Plenary of the Hong Kong-Hubei Co-operation Conference the following day.

Chief Secretary John Lee, Secretary for Innovation & Technology Alfred Sit, Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui and Under Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Clement Woo will join the visit.

While in Wuhan, Mrs Lam will meet with leaders of Hubei Province and Wuhan as well as visit facilities and enterprises there.

Mrs Lam will return to Hong Kong through Shenzhen on December 1. During Mrs Lam and Mr Lee's absence, Financial Secretary Paul Chan will be the Acting Chief Executive.

Mr Lee will be the Acting Chief Executive from his arrival in Hong Kong on November 30 until Mrs Lam's return. The Executive Council will be in recess on November 30.
